Are My Credit Card Details Secure
We use Paypal and Google Checkout as our secure payment providers. Before payment is made you will be asked to fill out your delivery details (name and address). You will then be taken to the payment provider of your choice. Paypal and Google Checkout are the worlds two most recognised and respected processers online of secure credit card payments. Once payment is made details of your order are sent to us for processing BUT NOT your credit card details.
At no time will we see ANY details regarding your credit card.
What Are The Delivery Charges
Delivery costs include packaging and secure recorded delivery. Charges are made according to the total order value and are added at the point of ordering. Delivery costs are shown in the top right hand side panel of the site.
How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Delivery
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If your delivery has not arrived after 5 working days please contact us so that we can assist you.

Damaged Products
Damaged or faulty item claims must be submitted within 3 working days after receipt of your delivery by letter or email. We can not be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 3 working days after the delivery date.
To obtain a refund or replacement please keep both the item(s) and the box or shipping materials for buycosmeticsonline or the courier to examine. If not claims against the carrier will be impossible nor we will be able to recompense you. Replacements will be sent following inspection.
Returns, Cancellation and Refunds
You have a right to cancel for the purchase of any item from the time you order to within seven working days of delivery. Should you cancel we will refund you the price you have paid, less delivery costs if the item has already been dispatched.
All cosmetics must be unopened and unused.
If already dispatched or delivered you have a duty to take reasonable care of the items and their return. When returning items to buycosmeticsonline we recommend you use a carrier with a parcel tracking system to ensure we receive the returned items safely.
The same method used to purchase the item will be used to refund your money.
Should you wish to exchange your item however please contact us within 2 working days to enable us to be as helpful as possible.
